I bought this wired XBox360 controller pad because I needed a gamepad for my PC to use in games that support it. I also have a wireless one to use with my Xbox as well as my PC, but the charging of the wireless controller may become an issue with the PC, hence the wired pad. This one works great, gets automatically picked up by my PC when connected to the USB port, and so far I have experienced no problems. It may not be quite as robust quality as the earlier XBox controllers from years ago, but it's still an original Microsoft product and that's good enough for me..
